Craftsmanship

Printed entirely by hand using carved wooden blocks, each layer of the design is manually aligned and impressed with natural pigments.

This slow, traditional process gives the block printed cotton textile its depth, rhythm, and distinctive artisanal feel. Because the piece is handmade, slight irregularities such as softened lines, tonal variations, or minor misprints may be present; these are authentic signatures of true hand printing, not defects.

The borders are completed with hand-knotted fringe, finishing the work with a classical textile edge.
