At Pilardi, every order is carefully prepared in our Paris studio and shipped with care. Our pieces are handmade and often one-of-a-kind — and we treat them as such.

- 📦 Tracking number provided once shipped
- 🌍 We ship worldwide
Please note:
📌 Import taxes and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These are not included in your order total and are determined by your country.
❌ If you refuse a delivery or fail to pay customs and the item is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:
- 🧾 Your order number
- 📸 Clear photos of the item and packaging
✅ If your claim is approved:
We’ll offer you either:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A refund to your original payment method
